- Payment terms: Fees for services are billed on an hourly basis, as a fixed fee, or on a retainer basis, as agreed upon in the engagement letter. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
- Insurance:The professional liability insurance for lawyers is with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, Königinstr. 28, 80802 München.
- Confidentiality: The confidentiality of all client information will be maintained in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
